I'm 16 and I got my period at around 9 or 10 years old. They have always been fairly irregular. I always have severe cramps during, and my family says regular cramps should not be as severe as mine are. It hurts so so incredibly bad like someone is stabbing me repeatedly in my stomach and back. Right now for the past 5 days or so, my lower stomach and back have been cramping but I'm not on my period. It's not as sever as my normal cramps but I imagine what I'm experiencing is what normal cramps are like. I'm not sure why I'm having these cramps? And I'm a little afraid I might have endometriosis. I'm hoping and praying this is not the case but I need a little help and some answers. Thank you!

the number one this can be pretty bad to just the same thing and symptoms are exactly that pms its almost worse when the period finaly comes and the normal stage which isn't normal and you do show signs of endometrisis i would check with your dr and see if he or she runs a few tests and also need to regulate your period so things are not so horrible you might see that dr as soon as you can pamprin might be something you might try till you can get to the dr
