Cousin or not cousin?

Hi ...
My dad has a brother from another mother literally xD and my dad's brother (step uncle) has a really attractive daughter ... I was wondering if she's my cousin ....

the hierarchy would be something like this

grandfather - first wife - your dad - you
- second wife -your uncle -his daughter

since your dad and your uncle share the same father then yes shes techniqually a cousin.
