I work at software company and I am in charge of customer support via email. The software I support is quite technical one in a particular industry, thus many of my clients are foreigner and I usually reply back to their inquiries in English. Followings are typical sentences I use when replying back to my clients. Could you please point out an error if any or paraphrase in more natural style? I think my clients understand what I say in my email, but I would like to improve my English and would like to know it if you have any good sentences that I will be able to use in my customer support work.
