Is it possible that in fact us humans are aliens to this planet?
Could we have arrived here to the era of the caveman ?
Could we have been an advanced race that for some reason left our home planet for some reason in a life boat?
Upon arrival here we co habited with the cavemen to build the likes of the pyramids etc? Could several life boats landed in different places on earth and were unable to regain communications with the other survivors?
Could this explain why many cave paintings show pretty much the same drawings of space gods? But are thousands of miles apart?
Could we be the aliens?

nope, not possible and the archaeological records are there to prove it. It is possible that the organic compounds that created all life and therefore ultimately us came from extraterrestrial rocks as organic compounds have recently been discovered on asteroids and comets. These would have been impacting Earth during it's formation. There is also the possibility that the early Earth was contaminated by rocks from mars which are also suspected of harbouring bacterial life. But your idea that aliens came to Earth on spaceships and we are their descendents.. no, that's laughable. Battlestar Galactica is not based on a true story.
