I have recently discovered that my feet can become quite cool when I'm sitting, but when I look at them, they are bluish along the soles. My doctor says it means the blood flow isn't what it should be, & if it's just caused by the pressure on the back of my thighs (when I'm sitting in the chair), that it isn't serious..but he is arranging for vascular imaging. I do have pins/needles in my feet & lower legs, & I'm wondering if vascular
insufficiency could contribute to the pins/needles or even be the cause?
Could the circulation cause the pins/needles?

It could take as long as 4 months to get the imaging appt., unless the Dr. has marked the referral as 'urgent' which I doubt. My mind is made up that if things do get serious,
I'll simply go to the ER.
