We fooled around, there was no penetration and/or ejaculation whatsoever. She had her period 7 days after we did all that. but 2 weeks after that, she fell ill, nauseating, very tired and had a string of pink liquid. I associated with the symptoms of ovulation (since it happened 10 to 15 days after the last period). But having a regular menstruation cycle, she didn't have her period yesterday when must have had it. Evidence tells me she can't be pregnant, but still not sure. Also, she's been very anxious and nervous, she had to move of her native city for an internship, could be stress related? Thanks!

I've talked to her about the possibility of pregnancy tests or going to the gynecologist. She wants neither; she doesn't want her parents to know and has been waiting for her next period since the pains started. It's been tougher than breaking the da vinci code to convince her!
You already done what I would have suggested next in pregnancy testing & the doctors.
Girls I have noticed, need to talk about there problems, but only for support & as part of the process of solving them for themselves, ( unlike us boys, who only talk about it in order to seek help in finding an answer!)
With this is mind, maybe all she needs is for you to listen, understand & be there if she needs you. She may feel it is her body, so her very personal problem & may feel threatened/resentful? at someone else trying to take control.
I agree, girls are an enigma, perhaps that is why we find them so fascinating!
Hope every thing works out ok, remind her that 99% of the things we worry about never happen.
I think this your chance to be there for her, and that would make her feel safer & less home sick.
