I am currently 17. I weighed at a healthy weight, but not happy with it and how i look. I have started gym and i go about 2-3 times a week. I have started to not have certain things on my dinner such as gravy on a Sunday roast ( as my mom makes me eat my tea) . I started having 2 slices of toast at breakfast but other then that little snacks in the day like 1 biscuit or 1 packet of low calorie crisps. I have also started to drink no sugared or salt fizzy drinks( Pepsi max) other then this i also have water. On the days I dont go gym. I have started doing a fitness DVD. But the question is will i get the result i want from it all? will i loose weight eventually? .
