I got in trouble for truency in Ohio and now I'm on probation. It's my fault, and I dont want people to get the wrong idea right of me. Anyways it seems like he uses his power against me. I dont even live in the county that I went to court and my school was in a different county also. Because I was home schooled. But I still have to drive 50min to go see this guy every once in awhile, and have to call him every Friday. Which I understand it is my fault. But he is very mean, and I feel he abuses his power against me. I only show him with respect I'm not a bad kid. I just started slacking and I take full responsibility for what happened. Anyways the bill changed in Ohio for 2017 against Truency, and says they wont use court ordered actions against the child. But use groups. I'm 17 and will 18 in under two months. Is there any way I can fight this? or do I have to deal with it and deal with the consequences to my actions.
