Could an inhibited island exist? an undiscovered and unknown place not found on the world map?where?

Any island that can be inhabited could be politically strategic or have useful resources. Any island that could be politically strategic or have useful resources has already been explored.

It's a nice dream though. Maybe there's a camouflaged alien base out there somewhere.
