Hi, I have a serious issue, coz it is a very formal email and I really shouldn't resend it until I am sure that delivery was failed. I sent the email via gmail few days ago (attachment 23 GB), in 2 hours got an auto-reply about the delivery. However, on the next 2 days I was getting an auto-generated warning about some kind of deadline failure from the gmail, and today got like "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently". So, what am I supposed to do? Is there any chance that the recipient has got my mail fully or not?

I have a similar Experience . I can Say No the Mail Hasn't been Delivered . There may be several Possibilities . 2 of which I know are:
1)TYPING MISTAKE: The mail id of the recipient when you had typed while sending might have a format error or the mail id world be wrong (or invalid- In terms of typing Mistake)
2)The Data of THAT size 23GB.. May not have been supported by the mailing Service..(Ex: Gmail Allows only 22MB of Data to be sent via Gmail.)
3)There May Be any network or Server Issues on the Mail Service.
My Suggestion.. Check the First 2 Points . If they are the reason. You can Rectify It.
If its None of The above. Then Specify The issue to the concerned Person or the Person above your Position.
