This can happen if I'm doing my regular
sleeping or when I'm just napping for a few
hours.
My body is asleep and then my mind will
realize that my body is asleep and I know I'm
asleep, but can't wake myself up and it's that
kind of feeling of being trapped in my body
like l'm paralyzed.
Today, I took a nap for about 2 hours and
experienced it twice.
Once, like usual. I can't physically wake
myself up and it was terrifying.
And after that happens, I will wake up but
physically can't keep my eyes open. I can try
to fight it, but I can't actually stay awake for
5 seconds and no kidding in about 15
seconds, it will happen again.
The second time was the most concerning
because after I woke up from the first, I
quickly fell back asleep in seconds even when
fighting it.
Icovered my face with my covers in that
short amount of time I was awake after the
first and during my second, I knew my body
was asleep and I felt like I was suffocating in
my covers and I couldn't physically do
anything about it becausel couldn't wake
myself up.
I'm genuinely concerned about this. This only
started happening late of last year and it's
been happening a lot lately.
If I could get an answer ASAP on what this is,
what the cause could be, and how to stop it
once and for all.
I really appreciate it. Thanks.
