You have not asked a question. I would guess that you have not been taught the basics of this subject. The quadratic equation is y = ax^2 + bx + c. You are given three solutions to that equation, and that is all the information you need to solve for the equation.
(9.7, 15.1) eqn1: 15.1 = a * 9.7^2 + b * 9.7 + c
(4.8, 12.4) eqn2: 12.4 = a * 4.8^2 + b * 4.8 + c
(2.6,7.9) eqn3: 7.9 = a * 2.6^2 + b * 2.6 + c
Solving from here is a long process but pretty simple. If you can't handle it then you just need to get a friend to show you how.
