There's this question on my summer assignment: Compare and contrast the shift from hunter-gatherer to urban society in both West Africa and West Asia.
My question is, does it mean that I should compare how the shifts in West Africa and West Asia are different? Or should I compare how the hunter-gatherer societies and urban societies are different in both West Africa and West Asia?
