Computer - windows vista is starting upsidedown!!??!! how do I fix it???

That's a feature of your video card and you may or may not have that feature.
Right-click on the desktop. Select "Personalize", "Display Settings", "Advanced Settings" and see if you find any flip related feature.
In my laptop flip feature is on NVIDIA's own Control Panel.
