It sounds like to me you might have a virus or a virus damaged some of your files.

Go into your control panel and do a system restore from and date it back round before the day of that it staaarted doing it

you might have issues with memory problems and it can also be a app that you loaded that doesn't coordinate with others you use can also be related to media
