Hello, have been recently told that my friend is a computer abuser. My friend has told me that he let his computer die of dehydration. He left it on all night long and it rain out of battery juice and it died. Is this a crime??? If so how do i report it???

if he actually owned the computer or someone else did that could be a crime but if its own personal computer it wouldn't be crime mabe he just doesn't deserve to have one if who bought it for him you could tell them about the situation but your buddy is the one thats out as far as i can see
