Can someone explain what the parts of computers are and what they do? Such as Ram icore etc. thank you for your time. Or can you fine me a good article for this topic

Well, that is a lot of information, but let's give it a try. You have to have a motherboard. That is the part that actually does all the computing.
You have to have a CPU because it is not included with the motherboard, and the CPU has to have a cooler, usually just a simple fan and heat sink.
You have to have a power supply.
You have to have memory called RAM, and that stands for "random access memory". There are some other kinds of memory, but you can learn those when you run into them.
You have to have a video card, which might be called graphic something or other.
You need a hard drive. You may as well get a solid state drive, SSD, since they are cheap enough. You will be glad you did.
You need a case, but you don't need it very badly and you are free to design your own case if you are the artsy craftsy type.
IMO you should make sure all the fans blow out of the case except the CPU fan which absolutely must blow in. Then you should put a 12"x12" ac filter over the hole where the CPU fan sucks air, and tape or otherwise seal ALL other holes in the case. This simple modification reduces dust inside the case, which assures that the CPU will always run cool. Remember the drive bays in the front of the case must be sealed to make this plan work. Something I have recently figured out is that the front of my CD drive is not dust proof, and dust has been sucked into it, and that is why I can't read DVDs any more. If you have a CD/DVD drive you will need to fashion some sort of a cover to prevent that. It is very annoying to want to read a disc and it doesn't work any more.
You can go to newegg.com or tigerdirect.com and get a kit with all these parts matched to work together, and priced somewhat less than a comparable computer from a store. They have several kits you can look at online, or you can talk to customer service and see what they will set up for you.
Putting a computer together takes some mechanical aptitude, but if you have used tools before, customer service will talk you through the assembly.
I appreciate your time thank you kind sir!
