Computer - awwe I need help someone changed my password some how when the user account comes on now

go to control penal and click user account after that u can change password

in the case you forget your password ,when you press ctrl+alt+del then a screen come and you write administrator and press enter then you come in administrator account and then you can change your password with the help of control panel.
