Im in high school and im a junior. I've been out the entire track season with a stress fracture. I run cross country and am sub 17s in the 5k and 4:40s in the mile. 4 weeks on crutches and 2 weeks walking. I have 8 days left until I can start running again. I have no pain in walking only occasional when im standing for a long time. ive been biking to stay in shape, about 130- 150 miles a week its my second hobby. I have been wondering what should my first week of running look like. what should my workouts look like.
