Hi, I'm gonna be a freshman in college, and while I'm at college I'd really love to get in great physical shape. I'm not fat, my BMI is 22.4 but im not skinny or lean either, I have some muscle but not a ton, and you can only see the outline of my top 2 abs. What I really want is to gain muscle mass, and cut down my body fat %. The thing is, I don't play any sports, and I haven't ever really trained or worked out, and I'm not sure where to start. There is a recreation and training facility on campus, and the campus is HUGE so I could run on campus. My questions are, where do I start? What do I do? How often should I work out? How many days a week, how many hours a day? What are sets, reps, etc.? What should I cut from my diet, what should I include in my diet? How much should I eat? How often should I eat? How soon will I see results? Should I take supplements? Which ones should I take, which are the best? Any and all information that might be useful or valuable. I'm serious about making this change, and the best most thorough answer is preferred. Thank you
