... software so that agents were I work can see what products could help customers with issues they have.What I want to know is what would be the best software to code this on as I want to get it right first time. It needs to be seemless and at the end I'll need to get it linking to a HTML form that already created. Anyone any ideas or opinions I'd greatly appreciate it.
