I am thinking of buying a scooter to get too and from work. Scooter will be parked in my secure garage and then a secure carpark at work. Altoghether the scooter will do 15km round trip a day on a dual lane road 70km/hr and on suburban roads. I have heard the italian scooters are the best of the best and I understand that you pay for what you get etc. There is a bit of a price gap between Italian ( Aprilia SR MT 50 ) and a Chinese scooter ( MCI Firefox ) both 50cc and I was just wondering over that short of distance 3/4 times a week is it worth it in the long run to pay the extra? its not as if I will be racking up the KM's every day. I am a novice when it comes to scooters and would appreciate any info. Thank you
