I'm a 20 year old girl, 5 feet 2 inches, 52 kgs. My father has diabetes and he had a bi-pass heart surgery after having a heart attack. I've been having these chest pains on the left side since a few days now but it felt like an acidity first. Today, I had a bad snack to my dismay and the pain has increased way too much. I am sweating way too much if I'm not sitting near an air conditioner. I am extremely sleepy and drowsy. I feel very light headed and I am not able to respond though I can hear everything anyone is saying. My back hurts and if I laugh there's a sharp pain in the left of my chest almost near the middle. Sometimes its hard to breathe and it feels like I'm going to pass. I don't know whether its the food or the medicines I took the day before to kill my stomach cramps. Is this severe or should I wait it out?
Please help!

if it had to do with your heart you would experience intense pain this really goes deep the arm is numb it can go up and down your arm at the same time you have chest pain and trouble breathing then your bp goes up high the pain from your heart could be a plugged stint or valve can also be acid reflux cramps and stomach pain i would do a wellness visit at your dr
