Found this list. I want to move to England, but is anybody able to confirm this list? And what's the difference between Portsmouth and Birmingham in costs? Cause I like Birmingham.
Another question. Which of these cities or other cities in England are you able to recommend? London prices are no-go. Not able to live a good life there with these prices.
