I filed for chapter 13 and couldnt make the payments and my case was dismissed but its not closed yet. How long before my case will actually get closed?
i would say it will close if the judge signed off on it won't take long to close at all i would say with in 30 days it will be completed they aren't going to take any longer then is allowed
