When I  install cctv  camera   image is not a clear, image is spread?

Is it IP camera or analog?
Always the reason is the connection.
You could take down the camera and connect it to the monitor via short cable to make sure the reason.
The main method is changing every parts of the system till you get the reason

As you said your CCTV image is not a clear & image is spread, I think the first reason is your CCTV camera quality. For these you can choose best security camera brand to prevent CCTV security camera image quality problems. You also check your camera lens for dirt, dust, etc. if it cloudy. Clean the lens. Check your camera specifications to make sure the extension cable run is in the proper range.
