... to me and expecting me to follow her, and if I don't, she'll keep coming to mee and will meow until I do come. When I follow her, she will bring me to one room, then will bring me out of the room into the hall, and will then go back into the room. She keeps going in and out of the same room, while nudging objects with her head on the way. Should I be worried about this? Could this be a sign of dementia?
Cat that is over 10 years old who is somewhat shy but very sweet. Lately, she's been coming?

She has a brother the same age who she will hiss at, and we also have a dog she will hiss at and will not let him approach. She will sometimes also urinate outside her litter box sometimes, most likely for territorial reasons.

Additionally she has been throwing up occasionally, which my family thinks is a hairball, but I'm not so sure.
