... pick her up so that Water wouldnt get everywhere and she bit me on the arm and wouldn't let go until she was out of the bath. This caused two bite marks. They're not swollen, just sore when I move/touch my han and arm.. I thoroughly rinsed it. Some blood came out at first but after I rinsed it, It stopped bleeding. I put on neosporin and a bandaid on each bite. Should I be worried?

There may (probably) be some infection, so check the wounds frequently and use disinfectant when needed.
To give a cat a bath, first close the bathroom door. Run a hair dryer on cool the whole time so the cat won't freak out when you turn it on. Run water at a comfortable temperature into a dish pan in the bathtub. Hold the cat by the scruff of the neck, same way Mama carries kittens. That causes a relaxation reflex. Pick up with both hands and lay the cat in the water. Keep a firm grip on the skin. Don't insist on doing a good job the first time, just get Kitty used to the water. Massage thoroughly with a big bath towel. This is the part that Kitty likes, so do it well.
Switch the hair dryer to warm and rub the fur as you blow warm air across your own hand. That way you don't burn the cat.
Kitty doesn't care much for the bath, but he will put up with it to get the blow drying afterwards. Just be sure to run the blower the whole time.
