Cat Allergies?

I suppose it depends on where the cat is. If it's outside and not bothering you, then leave it, it may belong to someone in the neighborhood.
However if it's getting inside, or shedding in places that effect your allergies, then I would suggest calling the local animal shelter, they'll be able to locate the owner or if that's not possible adopt it out to a new home.
