I wanna know if I can loose weight buy eating less of my normal food and eating no junk food/soda? Also I'm doing cardio and belly workouts. My main target is to loose my belly fat. (I'm not fat jut have a lot of belly fat)

Yes you can loose wait by eating less. Just cut your usual portions in half. Cardio workouts are best for losing weight. Resistance exercises are best for building muscle. It only takes about 15 minutes of walking about three to four times a week.
While you are cutting back on your usual foods, you should also find healthier foods you like, Fruits/Vegetables and water etc. and leaner meats. Not eating before you go to bed will help to.
