Caravan needs a 15A extension cord but dosnt reach the power point can I plug it into 10A cord?

The rating of an electrical wire depends on the diameter. A small diameter wire wastes more power than a larger wire. That means reduced voltage at the other end and the wasted power heats the wire, possibly melting the insulation and causing other problems. Get the proper cord. It's cheaper than a fire.
