Car was packed for 3 months ,when we wanted to run it,it could not rev.what could be the problem?

are you saying the car was packed with stuff in it for 3 months was that the issue the wait that was in the car if it was packed by to much stuff in it that could have been the problem had to much in also it could have made it real hard to move the rev back its lucky that the car moved at all
