I had an accident in May, I called Geico and send them the pictures of the accident. In the end of May they called me that they denied the other party claim because it's not my fault. In July, I found out that they pay for the the damage of the other car without my notice. They said they called me earlier in June but I never get a call or voice message from them. I called them again in the end of July just want to know what happened. They said they'll call me back but I didn't get any call from them. Can I sue them for not letting me know that they pay for the other party?
