Hello! I'm just your average 14 year old girl. I love bike rides, hiking, and anything outdoors! I'm 5'7.5 and weight 95 pounds. My weight is becoming quite of a scare to me... as I can't seem to keep any weight I try to gain. Throughout the day, I'm constantly very drowsy, and energy drained. I have started puberty, but my height seems to grow in number faster than the number on the scale.I love to eat, but I get full very quickly, causing stomach aches which result in less consumption of calories. Any advice on how to gain weight? Are appetite increasing supplements a good idea? Any advice you have is GREATLY appreciated. <3
