Cant find song that goes,"Fly like a bullet, fly like a bullet plane" It has scottish sound at parts

I can't find a song that I am hearing on the radio that goes, "Fly like a bullet, fly like a bullet plane" It has a scottish/irish sound to it at some parts and I would greatly appreciate any help, thank you. P.S. it is not the Stephen Schwartz one.
