I have brought cod bop2 and I have but in my redeem code and it down loaded and installed but I go onto the game and I can not find it and I have done this about 3 times

i bought whole thing thst said it came with nuketown2025 after putting in all the codes and downloading i wemt to zombie mode and then i cant find it
but it did give me nuke town 2025 multiplayer mode
I have the same I can play nuketown 2025 but not zombies
but in the 1 I brought there was a code for nuketown 2025 ?
