Can you sew a company if a product hasn't got a best before printed on it?

I wouldn't think so, if u seen there wasn't a date and still chose to eat it and get sick, it's ur fault...u can return it for a known good one if u choose to. now if that batch had a wrong date, such as, it says it's good, but has long expired... that would be cause for legal actions, but knowing it was actually bad with a current expiration date would be tough...they would have to be investigated and/or knowingly admit it and have a recall, which would keep people from suing. good luck.
