Can you report a question for being stupid?

There are site guidelines and if it doesn't fit those guidelines then it can be reported. Unfortunately, stuipd isnt one of the guidelines.

There is no such thing as a stupid question.... people know different things and something simple for one can be impossible for someone else.... for instance... a fact is only a fact until proven wrong.... everything that is stupid or perceived to be stupid is out of people’s misunderstanding and actually becomes genius!!!
