Can you help me identify this issue?

Hello, i've been having a weird issue for a while now. I have this problem that happens randomly in which I just basically go blank. I get like a weird feeling in my head which oddly my body craves the feeling, I cant explain it and I tend to usually forget what happens during the situation. But ill just become confused somewhat not crazily and have a weird burning sensation(I dont really know how to explain the sensation) but a good craving in my head and then sometimes finish with a flushed face (Im also 20).

Can anyone help me understand it?

That is quite common, and more common among intelligent people. You might suffer some insults because of that. A bottle of B-50 or B-100 from the vitamin store helps. I cut them in quarters and take a piece whenever I think of it. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.

I would suggest seeing a dr. It could be low blood sugar. This does not happen only to diabetics. Do you skip or delay meals. Our brains need fuel just as our bodies need fuel.
