I am looking into buying a fitness tracker and I am having trouble finding the right one.
Here is what the tracker needs:
24/7 heart rate monitor
Sleep tracker that tells you how long in each stage (would prefer this to be automatic ie no buttons to push when falling asleep, but if I have ti that's okay!)
Steps taken
Calories burned
Would like but not necessary
Sedentary reminder (tells you when you've sat for too long)
I would like this to NOT be a smart watch just a little band, because I'd like to wear this on my ankle not my arm
I would like this to sync to iPhone or iPad 4
