I saw the video on VH1 in the 2000s. I don't remember the song or the band but I think it was alternative rock? In the video, the band is on a clock that's counting down, for what I don't know. There is this force that's cutting everything in half but everyone continues to do what they were doing. I remember only two scenes vividly. The first being there was a couple making out in a room and the force cuts them in half so you see tongue and all. Kind of gross but they keep kissing. The second one is where I think it was the band on the conveyer belts in a grocery store and it's like they're running but can't go anywhere but the force gets them anyway. I think the song has something to do with a metaphor. I don't know but it's been bothering me. Can somebody help find it?
