I have had been diagnosed with intellectual disorder my whole life and now I’ve been tested for autism and have that too. So wondering if you can have both of them together in one or do you have to have them separately?

Sure, doctors can tick as many checkboxes as they like for their comorbidity rate research (and prescriptions). Particularly, I believe they're grown very fond of the autistic spectrum lately. Regardless of what they think, it's important for you to acknowledge what you can and want to do.
