I've had a cold for about 5 days and my mom has been taking very close care of me the whole time. Now she has a cold and she most likely caught it from me! Should I be afraid of catching her cold? Is it possible to catch another cold? I'm only asking because I'm singing on Live TV in a week and I wanna be healthy!! PLEASE HELP!

You can catch another cold while you already have one, but it would have to be a different strain. If your mother has the same cold as you have then you will not catch that strain again. There are over a billion different viruses that cause cold like symptoms, once you've had one of them it is highly unlikely you will get it again.
Yes you but depends of the time passed, if it's reassent it would also depend if they gave you medical help, then depending in the medicine you may have your immune system recovering or better, if it's better it's because your medicine/cure helped the immune system then it would be really unlikely to get it but if not then you may, and if time has passed it also depends on your immune system.
