the cases are made by a company called melt. i can only find them for iphone 4 and 5
Call them or search for them online and ask them if you can make a custom order for your iPhone 3g. I think they started making melting cases only of iPhone 4-5's.
Try ebay, amazon, and craiglist. Try ebay first though, they should have it and for less because some of their cases on there are like 99 cents
Try looking at a site where they sell a lot of different cases for cellphones, ipod and other gadgets
