I went to a big restaurant that offered all you can eat sushi, I was sure that they cured their salmon, but few months after my mom had symptoms of parasites, and the only resturaunt we went to, to eat raw food was that one place. Is it possible to recieve compensation if anything bad happens or if my moms condition worsens, she feels REALLY tired and is in bed all the time, she throws up constantly, and says she has diarhhea. How can we hire a lawyer to possibly recieve compensation for this ordeal? I am sure that it is somewhat illegal to sell food that can cause harm to a person in Canada.

i really dont think you can. because thats how sushi is served. its caught, washed, placed with rice and seaweed then served raw. thats the japanese culture so if you complain that they served raw fish and your mom got sick then thats (im afraid to say this) but its your loss because you decided to eat it.
