I have a 5000wat wagner inverter with 4 individual 15amp plugs on it, and I want to connect it to my RV's main breaker, which is 110v at 30amps.
If I can't any ideas on how to increase the amps, so that I can.

Well, your inverter is screwy, and then it gets worse. 5000 watts means 45 amps, so it is screwy to have fuses totaling 60 amps. Your outlets are limited to 15 amps by design, so you are asking for a fire if you try to draw more than 15 amps per outlet. As for combining two ac sources, yes and no. Yes, it is possible, but the result is a vector addition, not a simple sum. That means the sources have to be exactly synchronized. Again, you are asking for a fire.
What you can do is to separate the circuits in your rv and plug each circuit into one outlet. Still limited to 15 amps per circuit, of course.
