Can you be classed half polish if you live in england more then you lived in poland ?

It has nothing to do with where you've lived longer. It has to do with where your ancestors are from, I'm part German, English, Scotch, Irish, Canadian, Finnish and a bunch of other stuff but I've never left the United States. If one side of your family is 100% Polish, then yes you would be half Polish.
