Can you be a dummy head and a doodle head at the same time?

Im sure you can if you mean "dummy head" as a person who is dumb, and a "doodle head" as a person who likes to draw random stuff? If someone is calling you these things don't be offended just be all like "Yes im not as smart as some people and i like to draw :P" Im not sure if this is what you mean... but yea...
