Can working out with weights interfere with my jump shot in basketball?

Yes especially if you work on your vertical if you jump high your body tightens up and your shot=brick the same problem goes for d-rose and westbrook thats why they trash 3 point shooters and if your muscular you have more power in your shot leading to bricks honestly work out and remake your jumper if it's of i prefer curry's jumper a small jump. Arm 90 degrees and high release then it most likely hits the middle of the rim or at least back.
