Can we eat the egg cooked in hard water(underground water/borwell water)? Or is there any effect?

It isn't an issue whether the water is hard or soft, what is the issue is whether the water is safe to drink. Anything cooked in contaminated water will be unsafe to eat. Generally speaking (but not always) water from springs or deep water is safe to drink as it has been isolated from exterior contamination.
